Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with creating of business plan for company in transportation sphere and finding, if it is possible to implement the crafted plan. Thesis is divided into 4 parts. The first part focuses on the theoretical basis of the business plan and the legislative provisions of domestic freight. The second part describes the use of methodological tools for creating theoretical and practical parts. The main practical part contains the business plan, which consists of the points described in the theoretical part. The results of the financial analysis finds out, if it is the business plan feasible. The last part provides a general summary of business plan and also suggestions for successful management of the company described in the business plan.
