Abstract
The interest of my work is in ways of dealing with the decline of a commercial company according to the applicable law of the Czech Republic - Insolvency law No. 182/2006 Sb. It concerns the legal regulation, which should register the fundamental changes in the decline law. In this work are explained some of the most important concepts such as decline, bankruptcy, moratorium, reorganization, etc. The mentioned reorganization is the new way of dealing with it, which in the previous legal regulation was missing.
