Silniční propojení města Děčín s dálnicí D8 v souvislosti s jeho vlivem na životní prostředí

Abstract

V práci je popsán vývoj a současný stav procesu hledání přeložky komunikace I/13 v úseku mezi městem Děčín a dálnicí D8. Nejprve je stručně charakterizován prostor, ve kterém má být stavba realizována spolu s několika historicky a environmentálně zajímavými objekty a oblastmi. Dále práce obsahuje popis současného stavu tohoto úseku komunikace a provozu na něm včetně vývoje počtu dopravních nehod a důvodů pro přeložku. Následuje přehled variant uvažovaných investorem stavby s jejich popisem a charakteristika alternativních návrhů Ministerstva životního prostředí České republiky. Jako poslední je popsán výhled do budoucna při zachování stávajícího stavu. Závěrem práce je zhodnocení všech navrhovaných alternativ podle stanovených hodnotících kritérií spolu s uvedením varianty, která těmto kritériím nejvíce vyhovuje.

Thesis describes the progress and current stage in the process of shifting the communication I/13 in the section between the town of Děčín and highway D8. First there is a brief characterization of the space in which the construction should be done. The construction has several historical and environmental properties and areas. There is also the description of current stage of this part of road and its traffic including the amount the car accidents and reasons for the shifting. Thesis presents the options which are considered by the investor of the construction and its alternative proposal from the Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic. There is also mentioned the future under the condition of keeping up with the current stage. The conclusion of the thesis is the evaluation of all the suggested ideas according to evaluating criteria together with the listing of the options which is the most convenient due to the criteria.
