Abstract

This thesis deals with mining legislation for dedicated technical equipment. The first part is reflected development of safety regulations for services deriving from historical developments in the mining industry with regard to the development of science and technology. The second part shows the progress of the technical harmonization in the development of mining legislation for dedicated mining equipment. The following describes the procedure for placing specified products on the market and selected modules of conformity assessment of machinery. The third part is devoted to the current legislation. In conclusion, the future possible development of legislation for dedicated technical equipment and proposed minor amendments to Decree No. 392/2003 Coll., the safe operation of technical equipment and dedicated technical requirements for pressure equipment, lifting and gas in mining activities and activities associated with mining.
