Malá firma v soudobém virtuálním světě

Abstract

Téma diplomové práce je „Malá firma v soudobém virtuálním světě“. Tato práce se zabývá konkurenceschopností vybrané firmy včetně toho, jak firma využívá možností výpočetní techniky a Internetu.

Teoretická část se zabývá teorii malých a středních podniků, konkurenceschopnosti, možnostmi které jsou dostupné v soudobém virtuálním světě a taky zvolenými metodami, které budou v této práci využity.

V praktické části je nejdříve popsána vybraná firma a následně je provedena SWOT analýza, Porterova analýza pěti konkurenčních sil a polostandardizovaný rozhovor. Na základě provedených analýz jsou pak provedeny jednotlivé návrhy a doporučení pro další rozvoj zvolené firmy.

The theme of this diploma project is „Small Firm in Contemporary Virtual World“. This work deals with the competitiveness of a selected firm including its utilization of computer technology and the Internet possibilities.

The theoretical part deals with the theory of small and medium enterprises, competitiveness, possibilities which are available in the contemporary virtual world as well as the selected methods which will be utilized in this work.

In the practical part the selected firm is described at first. Then a SWOT analysis, Porter’s analysis of five competitive forces and a half-standardized interview follows. On the basis of the executed analyses some individual suggestions and recommendations for the further development of a selected firm are carried out.
