Analýza možností implementace systému managementu společenské odpovědnosti organizací do stávajících systémů managementu

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou možnosti implementace systému společenské odpovědnosti do stávajících systémů managementu. Cílem této práce je analýza a porovnání normy ČSN 01 0391:2013 a normy ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016, nalezení jejich společných prvků. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části – teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá poznatky dané problematiky, jako je komplexní podniková integrace, integrované systémy managementu, úvod do problematiky CSR a oceňování společenské odpovědnosti v podmínkách ČR. V praktické části je provedena srovnávací analýza společných kapitol a jejich následný podrobný popis. V závěru diplomové práce jsou navrženy kroky pro zjednodušení implementace normy společenské odpovědnosti do systémů managementu kvality.

This thesis deals with the analysis of the possible of corporate social responsibility system into the existing systems of management. One of its goals is the analysis and comparison of the norms ČSN 01 0391:2013 and ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 and it concentrates on identifying the common features that they share. The thesis comprises two parts – the theoretical and the practical one. The theoretical one summarizes basic data related to the given topic, such as overall company integration, integrated management systems, basic facts about CSR and the assessment of corporate social responsibility within the context of the Czech Republic. The practical part compares the two norms, which are subsequently described in details. In the conclusion, we propose some measures to simplify the implementation of the corporate social responsibility norm into the quality management systems.
