Abstract

The aim of my thesis is to apply theoretical knowledge about the establishment of a family business as a limited liability company into practice. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the reader will get to know the basic theoretical concepts in the field of business and family business, as well as the state of family business in the Czech Republic. In the first of three parts of the practical part of the thesis, I apply theoretical knowledge about the establishment of a limited liability company into practice and describe the entire process of establishing a company together with the relevant costs. The second chapter of the practical part consists of a developed business plan together with all the necessary details such as the analysis of the marketing mix, the analysis of the competition, or the financial plan. The last, third part of the practical part consists of a developed family protocol, which should be the basic pillar of every successful family business.
