Osobní bankrot a jeho ekonomické a sociální dopady na dlužníka

Abstract

This thesis deals with personal bankruptcy issues, aim of this thesis is to analyse economic and social situation of debtors. The theoretical part is focused on a personal bankruptcy characteristic, specifies basic insolvency terminology and its legislation. The whole process of debt relief is described, economic and social impacts on a debtor in a process of a debt relief are listed there too. The analytical part is focused on an analysis of randomly chosen debtors and evaluation of how successful their debt reliefs was.
