Návrh řešení staré ekologické zátěže z výroby anilinu

Abstract

Presented thesis deals with the issue of old ecological burdens in the Pardubice branch plant Synthesia a.s.. In the introduction to the work are explained the definition of old environmental loads and subsequently given a brief overview of the current state of legislation, related to the old ecological burdens.

In the next section is compared ecologically harmful production of aniline by Bechamp’s method with more economical and greener modern methods of production. It is then described the history of the formation of landfill, known as lagoon of ferruginous sludge, their brief description and composition. Subsequently is described the removal of contents of the lagoons, and at the same time incorporated technology clean-up of lagoons. In the last of the theoretical part are listed ecologically viable options for utilization (or removal) of waste ferruginous sludge.

In the conclusion an attempt was made to obtain (or to eliminate) the organic constituents - aniline from the ferruginous sludge, in the school laboratories with a proposal for his usage in the chemical industry and further evaluation of the most appropriate method of use or removal of ferruginous sludge.
