Analýza energetických poměrů při rekuperaci v elektrické trakci

Abstract

The aim of this work is to analyze measurements of the traction converter and evaluate energy ratios of regenerative braking of trams powered by the converter. In this work, I picture problematics of regenerative braking and other factors directly or indirectly related to the topic, present observations of regenerative braking, and assess how much energy can potentionally be saved. Additionaly in this work, I investigate the energy wasted during so-called resistance braking, a braking process commonly used by traction vehicles when they cannot use regenerative braking, and the potential utilization of this energy in case it could also be recovered through regenerative braking.
