Abstract

The aim of thesis is creation of business plan for expansion of bussines activities. More precisely, it is the establishment of a branch of the company. Theoretical part contains the definitions of basic concepts of entrepreneurship analysis of small and medium-sized enterprises, the definition of legal forms of business, a detailed description of the business plan itself, its structure and principles for the fulfillment of the project. At the beginning of practical part describes the company for which the business plan drawn up and further work has focused on creating a business plan itself. The development of the project were used analysis financial, SWOT, PEST and five forces model. In conclusion, results are evaluated the whole business plan followed by recommendations.
