Dokumentace staveb při správě a údržbě budov

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat druhy dokumentací staveb potřebné pro správu a údržbu budov, jejich účel, úroveň a rozsah v nich obsažených dat. Metody uchování, evidence, aktualizace a aktuálnost dat dokumentací. Dále pak problematiku elektronické formy těchto dokumentací a nových trendů vznikajících v oblasti dokumentace budov. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá popsáním druhů dokumentací potřebných ke správě a provozu budovy, moderními trendy v oblasti dokumentací pro správu a způsobem jejich vedení a archivaci. Praktická část bakalářské práce se zabývá předvedením a popsáním několika vybraných druhů dokumentací.

The aim of this work is to describe different types of documentation required for management and maintenance of buildings, their purpose, level and extension of contained data. Methods of preservation, record keeping, updating and data topicality. Description of the issue of electronic form documentation and new trends emerging in the documentation of buildings. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the description of the documentation types required for buildings management and maintenance, modern trends in documentation management and way of administration and archiving. The practical part of the bachelor thesis deals with demonstration and describing a number of selected documents.
