Abstract

The thesis focuses on the possibility of regeneration of washing liquids for the cleaning of painting lines after finishing the painting process. Solvent waste wash liquids form a substantial part of the waste disposal costs. The use of solvent paints and solvents in production has an impact on the amount of VOC emissions that are released into the air The possibility of regenerating washing liquids by using distillation has been presented. Based on the results, their impact in the environmental and economic area has been assessed.
