Abstract
The author of the work deals with a draft of the Transport Operating Rules for motorized traffic from the aspect of road safety. Important parts of this work are risk analysis, corrective procurations and the draft of the Transport Operating Rules with an area plan where traffic has been dealt in detail as much as possible to reduce the possibility of accidents. Transport Operating Rules establishes technical procedures for the operation of road motor transportation according to legislative requirements and specifies the obligations of employees and employers.
