Revitalizace plochy v blízkosti Bauhauzu, Moravská Ostrava

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with treatment of areas and buildings of the former city slaughterhouse near Bauhaus in Moravian Ostrava with regard to their functional and spatial use, land-use plan and the limits of the area. Furthermore, the reconstruction of the buildings themselves. Spaces will be completed with a new special kindergarten and three apartment buildings. The studied area is located in the oldest part of the city between the streets Českobratrská, Slaughter, stodolní and Poděbradova and covers an area of approximately 44,310 square meters, of which 21,299 square meters occupies a built-up area. Currently, space is used only partially, so they were presents three variants in the study in accordance with the demands on land use. In this work it was at one of the variants of the area solution created two new layout using slaughterhouse buildings as art studios. Territory was also suitably completed with green spaces.
