Abstract

This thesis deals with the programming of application for Android operating system, The application task is to detect ongoing epileptic seizure of specific type. For this purpose, algorithm was designed. The principle of sound evaluation findings is realized by comparing the energy and the mutual distance of the findings and then comparing the dominant frequencies of the frequency spectrum findings evaluated by algorithm as an anomaly. Developed application was tested on data obtained in collaboration with University hospital Ostrava.
