Právní a ekonomické aspekty vybraného spolku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá organizační strukturou a ekonomickou činností vybraného spolku. Cílem diplomové práce je analýza současného stavu spolku, posouzení organizační struktury spolku a zhodnocení způsobu, jakým spolek funguje. Dílčím cílem je posouzení jeho ekonomické aktivity, zhodnocení zdrojů financování daného spolku a jeho hospodaření. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na vymezení ekonomických a právních aspektů neziskových organizací, konkrétně tedy spolků a je založena na právní regulaci vymezené občanským zákoníkem. V praktické části je vymezen konkrétní spolek. Je provedena analýza jeho ekonomických činností a představena jeho organizační struktura. V závěrečné části diplomové práce jsou prezentovány výsledky analýzy, jejich vyhodnocení a závěry a na jejich základě jsou představena doporučení.

This diploma thesis deals with organizational structure and economic activities of chosen association. The aim of the thesis is to analyze its organizational structure and the way the association functions. A partial aim is to assess a current status of this association, assess its economic activities and evaluate its financial resources and economy. Theoretical part of the thesis is focused on a determination of the economic and legal aspects of non-profit organizations thus associations and it is based on a legal regulation determined by the Civil Code. In the practical part of the thesis, a particular association is determined. The analysis of its economic activities is provided as well as its organizational structure is dealt with. In the final part of the thesis, the results of analysis and their evaluation and conclusions are presented as well as recommendations resulting from it are offered.
