Abstract

This present thesis comprises the influence to the construction of planned navigation levels on the Elbe to biodiversity specieses in case of the ratification construction Navigation level Decin. First part introduces to the problems and explains the basic conceptions. The next section describes the contemporary state of flora and fauna in the affected area before the construction of the navigation level. Subsequently the thesis comprises the presumed impacts of the construction of the navigation level to biodiversity of specieses in the affected area with expert opinions to these problems
