Záznamu podrobného merania zmien pre opravu súboru geodetických informácií a súboru popisných informácií v katastri nehnuteľností

Abstract

V dobe implementácie čo najpresnejších meračských postupov geodetických prác, nahrádzania terestrických metód metódami GNSS a neustáleho spresňovania merania je zákonité, že pri povinnosti nadviazania sa na pôvodné katastrálne merania dochádza k častým nezrovnalostiam. Zameraním mojej diplomovej práce bolo ozrejmiť úlohu záznamu podrobného merania zmien ako aj postup jeho vytvorenia tak, aby slúžil ako jednoznačný technický podklad pri oprave chyby v SPIKN a SGIKN. Na základe stavu zameraného v teréne a zapracovaním pôvodných podkladov katastra nehnuteľností som vyhotovil ZPMZ č. 6925 slúžiace k oprave zákresu a výmere parciel registra C-KN, a ktoré sa v procese katastrálneho konania stane neoddeliteľnou súčasťou rozhodnutia o oprave chyby.

At the time of the implementation of the procedures of the geodetic works, replacement of terrestrial meassuring the most accurate methods of measuring is legitimate, acurating and continuous GNSS methods that in the follow-up to the original obligation cadastral measurements leads to frequent irregularities. The focus of my thesis was to clarify the role of the detailed measurements of the changes in the record as well as the procedure for its establishment so as to serve as a unique basis for the correction of errors in SPIKN and SGIKN. On the basis of focusing on the ground and the incorporation of the original documents, the land I made ZPMZ 6925 for plotting and the area of land registry repair to parcels in cadastral, which is in the process of land management becomes an integral part of the decision about how to repair the error.
