Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on marketing research of employee satisfaction in the company. Employee satisfaction is determined by electronic, written and personal polling. The bachelor thesis is divided into four main chapters. The first chapter describes the basic concepts of marketing, the theory of marketing research and processes. For build a questionnaire and query methods. The second chapter characterizes the company and corporate culture. The third chapter focuses on evaluating the results of the questionnaire. The fourth chapter describes suggestions and recommendations for improving employee satisfaction.
