Abstract
Theme of my bachelor thesis is social potential of an organization. Because of comprehensiveness of this theme I focused on recruitment and selection of employees. The aim of this thesis was to describe a process of recruitment and selection of employees in the company VJAČKA, spol. s r. o. and on the basis of observed data to suggest any measures that would improve this process. In the first part of this thesis I focused on theoretical bases of recruitment and selection of employees. In the second, practical, part I described this company and analyzed in detail the process of recruitment and selection of employees in the company VJAČKA, spol. s r. o. on the basis of consultation with Ing. Jan Vjačka. On this occasion, I also analyzed mobility of workers and their turnover because both of these have an influence on the process of recruitment and selection of employees. In conclusion, I assessed the results, recommendations and proposals for a solution that could be used by the company in this process.
