Abstract
This bachelor thesis is focused on marketing research of customer satisfaction with the products of the given company. Based on written, electronic and personal queries, customer satisfaction is found.
The bachelor thesis is divided into four main chapters. The first chapter describes the theory of marketing management, marketing research, and its history. Furthermore, methods of marketing research, questionnaire compilation, including questioning. The second chapter characterizes the company. The third chapter describes the evaluation and the results of the questionnaire survey. The fourth chapter provides suggestions and recommendations for improving customer satisfaction.
