Návrh využití bývalého hotelu Centrum ve Frýdku Místku

Abstract

The main goal of this diploma thesis is to compile a plan for future usage of former hotel Centrum. The work is divided into a theoretical part that is focussed on a brief history of interest part and their present, description of natural conditions, analysis of demographic figures, and traffic infrastructure. The analytic part of the second chapter is oriented to detailed research of tackled areas with an evaluation of single analysis. The last part is practical and describes a single draft that was compiled on basic analysis processed of the examined area and their closest neighborhood. The designed usage of revitalization is in harmony with the zone plan of the statutory town of Frydek-Mistek
