Investiční rozhodování ve vybrané výrobní společnosti

Abstract

The objective of this work is to consider the purchase of a truck for the company Tomšů Ltd. using different methods of investment evaluation. The first part of the thesis deals with this issue from a theoretical perspective and focuses on the basic characteristics of the investment, investment project and its implementation and then evaluation methods for investment. The second part is is already proposal investment option for the company Tomšů Ltd. and its economic evaluation. Followed by evaluation of the project selected methods such as the method of the present value index or method maturity of investment. At the end of this work are summarized all the results and discussed the possibility of realization this project.
