Modulární rodinný dům z materiálů na bázi dřeva.

Abstract

Náplní diplomové práce byl návrh dispozičního, stavebního a konstrukčního řešení modulárního rodinného domu navrženého na bázi dřeva, který splňuje kritéria nízkoenergetického standardu. V úvodu práce jsou popsány různé druhy historických i současných dřevěných konstrukčních systémů. Dále následuje samotný návrh jednopodlažního domu, který umožňuje jednoduchou přístavbu v závislosti na změnách prostorových požadavků obyvatel. Konstrukce stavby je tvořena rámovým systémem skládajícího se ze sloupků v pravidelném rastru.

The objective of the thesis was to design the layout, engineering and construction solutions of the modular family house made of wooden-based materials. The house is supposed to meet the criteria of the low-energy standard. The introduction describes the various kinds of the historical and contemporary wood construction systems. It is followed by the single-storey house draft which enables an easy extension based on changes in spatial demands of its residents. The structure of the building is made of the frame system consisting of columns in a regular grid.
