Analýza spotřebitelského chování generace Y na trhu cestovního ruchu

Abstract

This master thesis is focused on the analysis of consumer behavior of generation Y in the tourism market. The objective of this thesis is to assess how members of generation Y behave in the tourism market and identify which factors have the greatest influence on their decision making. The primary data was obtained through a questionnaire survey. Based on the findings are formulated suggestions and recommendations for entities operating in the tourism market.
