The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for a building permit for a family house in the city district of Slezská Ostrava in accordance with Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on building documentation. The design of the object was developed within the course Studio Creation I. under the supervision of the supervisor of the bachelor's thesis, Mrs. Ing. arch. Sandra Jüttnerová, and under the supervision of the structural engineering consultant, Mr. Doc. Ing. Jaroslav Solař, Ph.D.

This bachelor's thesis consists of two parts, a text part and a drawing part. The text part contains an accompanying report, a summary technical report and a technical report. The drawing part is processed within the given scope and contains a graphic solution of the building supplemented with specialization focusing on architectural detail.
