Predikce narušení výkonu kritických prvků silniční dopravní infrastruktury

Abstract

The doctoral thesis is focused on the issue of risk assessment of disruption of road transport infrastructure critical elements from the perspective of influential subsystems. The structure of the work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical work approaches the issues, explains the basic concepts and describes the transport infrastructure and its performance. The content of the practical part is an analysis of the issues addressed and a presentation of the assessment of performance disruption of road transport infrastructure critical elements. The analysis focuses on selected critical elements, influential subsystems, links between influential and dependent subsystems, and approaches to cascading threat assessment. The main part of the work is the evaluation process of the risk of disruption. It is intended primarily for operators of road transport infrastructure elements, and serves to predict the disruption of the performance of elements of interest due to the disruption of the influential subsystems performance. The use of the presented method is demonstrated on a case study of a real element.
