Predmetom diplomovej práce je návrh stavebno-konštrukčného riešenia a vypracovanie návrhu vykurovania a vetrania objektu základnej školy so stravovacím zariadením. Diplomová práca je rozdelená na tri časti. Prvá stavebná časť rieši projektovú dokumentáciu čiastočne dvojpodlažného, nepodpivničeného, bezbariérovo riešeného objektu. Druhá časť rieši vykurovanie objektu doskovými vykurovacími telesami a ohrev teplej vody pomocou plynových kondenzačných kotlov. Tretia časť sa zaoberá vetraním všetkých miestností základnej školy vrátane kuchyne a jedálne. Súčasťou práce je spracovanie výpočtu tepelných strát objektu, vyhodnotenie stavebných konštrukcií, tepelno-technické posúdenie jedného kritického stavebného detailu, vytvorenie energetického štítku obálky budovy, preukazu energetickej náročnosti budovy a ekonomické zhodnotenie navrhnutého objektu Diplomová práca obsahuje technické správy, výkresy a prílohy.

The subject of the dissertation thesis is to design a building and construction solution and make a design of the heating and ventilation of the primary school with catering establishment. The dissertation thesis is divided into three parts. The first building part deals with the project documentation of the partly two-storey, barrier-free object without a cellar. The second part deals with heating of the building by plate heating elements and hot water heating using gas condensing boilers. The third part deals with the ventilation of all rooms of the primary school, including kitchen and dining room. The thesis also includes the heat loss calculation of the building, assessment of building structures, thermal and technical assessment of one critical building detail, creation of the energy label of the building envelope, the energy intensity license of the building and economic evaluation of the designed building. The dissertation thesis includes technical reports, drawings and attachments.
