Abstract

The objective of the diploma thesis was the development of project documentation for the construction of a leisure activity center in Ostrava. Part of the diploma thesis i salso the design and assessment of a continuous reinforced concrete through-hole supported by 4 columns in the basement, including a drawing of the reinforcement through-hole. Other attachments are:EŠOB, design and calculation of the staircase and thermal technical assessment of the building envelope It is a three-story building with a partial basement. The building is based on reinforced concrete footing in cooperatin with the blocks of lost formwork. The primary building material for building the building, is materials is the Porotherm system from Wienerberger. Only the main entrance part of the building is designed as a reinforced concrete skeleton covered with a light outer casing. The ceiling structure is made of SPIROLL panels. The building is covered with 3 types of flat roofs: Intensive green roof, extensive green roof and non-walkable roof with a tread layer made of 16/22 mm cobblestone.
