Abstract

The Bachelor's thesis aim is find out customers satisfaction with provided services and what they would like to improve. Among main targets belongs to examine the customer's preferences in marketing communication and improve the operation of regional representation office. In the first part is characterizes the broker company, market and describes services and satisfaction. The second part of thesis is directed at measurement and analysis of satisfaction. Then there is written about offers and recommendations about solving gained information and their evaluation. The conclusion is devoted to summarize procedures for determining satisfactions of costumers and their overall evaluation.
