Abstract

The aim of this master's thesis is to propose recommendations for improving employee job satisfaction within a selected company. The introductory part of the thesis focuses on theory. Basic concepts such as job satisfaction, satisfaction surveys, employee care, motivation, etc., are defined here. The practical part is dedicated to questionnaire processing and evaluation. It includes a company overview, description of employee benefits, results evaluation, and recommendations for improving employee satisfaction.
