The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is graphical and computational design of low energy two storey family house in terms of thermal technology and building construction. Family house is heated by hydronic floor heating system. Thermal source is heat pump of air/water type with integrated water accumulator, which provides heat for domestic hot water. In this thesis are calculated, evaluated and modelled thermal properities of individual constructions. From these is calculated total heat loss of building on which is the heat source performance designed. Heat losses of individual rooms are used to design floor heating.
