Abstract

The goal of degree work is analyze on the basis of theoretical knowledge, non-standardized interview and questionnaire survey the current state of talent management in Dalkia ČR and propose recommendations to improve the process. In the first part are defines the concept of talent and talent management and describes the process of talent management with methods that can be used for individual parts. In the practical part is characteristic of Dalkia ČR and analysis of working with talented employees in this company. Based on the results of this analysis are presented suggestions and recommendations that could help improve the process of talent management in the Dalkia ČR.
