Abstract

The aim of this work was to evaluate the performance of the company Dalkia Industry CZ, a.s. Based on the analyzes were compiled recommendations for improving the current situation . The work has two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the explanation of basic concepts relating to performance. There were also the methods by which the performance of the company assessed. On the theory followed by the practical part, where Dalkia was introduced and further here were the results of the analyzes described. Among the most significant methods that were used in this work are PEST analysis, financial analysis, which includes horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of financial ratios, bankruptcy and credibility models, economic value added and benchmarking. The conclusion summarizes the current financial situation and proposes measures.
