Abstract

The subject of this thesis is to assessment of the advantageousness of investment in own rating of operational buildings. The aim of the thesis is a critical assessment of the results of the evaluation of the investment plan for the construction of its own gas boiler room and the proposal of conditions for ensuring a more efficient method of heating. The theoretical part presents the basic principles of planning and evaluation of investments. In the practical part, the investment plan is evaluated using static and dynamic methods of investment evaluation, followed by a critical assessment of the results. Based on a critical assessment, the conditions for a more efficient way of heating are proposed.
