Analýza uplatnění Total Productive Maintenance ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá uplatněním TPM ve vybrané organizaci. V teoretické části práce je zmíněno začlenění údržby do systému managementu kvality. Dále jsou zde uvedená teoretická východiska totálně produktivní údržby se základními pilíři a kroků implementace společně s metodou 5S. Praktická část práce je věnována aktuálními stavu údržby v organizaci s návrhy možné implementace TPM. Cílem práce bylo zjistit aktuální stav, možnosti uplatnění a zavedení totálně produktivní údržby za účelem zvýšení produktivity a efektivnosti zařízení s požadovanou kvalitou.

The bachelor thesis deals with the application of TPM in a selected organization. The theoretical part of the thesis mentions the integration of maintenance into the quality management system. Furthermore, there is the theoretical basis of total productive maintenance with basic pillars and implementation steps together with the 5S method. The practical part of the work is devoted to the current state of maintenance in the organization with the possible implementation or improvement of TPM. The aim of the work was to determine the possibilities of application and introduction of the mentioned maintenance in order to increase the productivity and efficiency of equipment with the required quality.
