Měření spokojenosti klientů s ordinací dětského lékaře

Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the measurement of the overall satisfaction of clients with the pediatrician's office in Frýdek-Místek. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of the concept of customer satisfaction, characteristics of services and description of the marketing mix and it also serves as a starting point for the analytical part. Within the analytical part, is conducted marketing research using a questionnaire survey to evaluate client satisfaction. Based on the results of the research, suggestions and measures are suggested to the Pediatrician’s office that could help Pediatrician’s office to increase their client satisfaction.
