Abstract

Bakalářská práce na téma "Organizace voleb do zastupitelstva kraje", konkrétně v podmínkách Olomouckého kraje. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vyhodnotit a porovnat průběh a výsledky voleb v letech 2000, 2004, 2008 a 2012. Bakalářská práce je strukturována do pěti kapitol. První kapitolou je Úvod. Druhá kapitola řeší problematiku voleb a vysvětluje funkci voleb. Kapitola charakterizuje volební systém i základní volební principy i specifickou strukturu voleb. Třetí kapitola se věnuje volbám a jejich vývoji v podmínkách krajů. Charakterizuje kraj, orgány kraje a historický vývoj. Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje organizaci voleb do zastupitelstva Olomouckého kraje, analyzuje rozbor čerpání výdajů na volby. Kapitola uvádí grafické srovnání volebních výsledků ve volbách do zastupitelstva Olomouckého kraje. Závěrem lze konstatovat, že volby odráží zájem voličů o dění ve státě.

My bachelor thesis is focused on the topic "Organization of Elections to the Regional Assembly" especially in Region Olomouc conditions. Main goal of my bachelor thesis was to evaluate and compare election process and results in 2000, 2004, 2008 and 2012. The bachelor thesis is structured into five chapters. The first chapter is introduction. The second chapter solves elections issues and tries to explain structure of elections, electoral system, basic electoral principles and the specific structure of elections. The third chapter is focused on elections and their evolution in different regions. It characterizes the region, its organs and historical development. The fourth chapter describes elections´ organization to Olomouc Region Assembly, it analyzes expenditure on elections. This chapter´s goal is to show graphical comparison of the results in the Elections to the Assembly of Olomouc Region. In conclusion it has been stated that the elections reflect the voters´ interest in happenings in the country.
