Abstract

Thesis The Effectiveness Evaluation of the Company´s Firefighters Training in Company Producing Viscose Pulp is focused on measuring the effectiveness of training in fire protection in order to analyze, evaluate and recommend improvements in Biocel Paskov Inc. The first part is focused on theoretical knowledge concerning issues of human resource management, corporate employee training, also evaluating the effectiveness of education and evaluation methods. Followed by a section that deals with the specifics of training in terms of fire department, which describes the general requirements for the function of technical chemical engineer, as well as a chemist in the unit fire department. Another part is dedicated to the fundamental characteristics of Biocel Paskov a.s. incl. effectiveness analysis of employee training at fire rescue department and the actual evaluation of the results of the proficiency tests and the evaluation form of educational events.
