Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with regulation No 1272/2008 (CLP) and its requirements for Small- and Medium-sized enterprises. The beginning describes a GHS system and particular laws related to classification, labelling and packaging chemical substances and chemical mixtures. Next part is detailed description of CLP regulation and those who administer and enforce it. Then follows an analysis of enterprises in the Moravian-Silesian Region and an algorithm proposal for the implementation of the CLP regulation with a description of each step.
