Abstract

This diploma thesis describes the problems of the building of the simulation center. For this center is designed the measurement and regulation system. In the introduction of this thesis is included a review of standards and rules for creating project documentation. In the second part of the diploma thesis, there are theoretically described technologies of ventilation, heat exchanger station, cooling, room temperature control and a ¼ hour maximum regulation. This part is followed by a description of the proposed elements ensuring the management of these technologies. In the last part of the thesis is designed a separate control system with a webserver, providing visualization at the dispatcher workplace. At the end of the thesis, there is the evaluation of the measurement and regulation system in the simulation center The final output of the whole work are elaborated ground plans, regulation scheme and tables.
