Analýza efektivnosti investičního projektu

Abstract

The object of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment project – the noise barrier. The investment analysis was performed based on the methods of investment evaluation. Methods not yield character were used to assess the best alternatives of materials for investment project. The financial efficiency was assessed for the company by dynamic methods. It appeal from the results that the best materials were selected, whereas the investment project is financially inefficient, but it brings benefits in terms of social and living conditions for life and living.
