Abstract

The thesis deals with the evaluation of the recruitment and selection process in the selected organization XY. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The aim of this thesis is to assess the current system of recruitment and selection of employees, which was done based on an interview with a recruitment specialist and a questionnaire survey. Through these two methods, minor shortcomings were identified, based on which, recommendations were proposed.
