Zvyšování efektivity logistických procesů v oblasti řízení skladu

Abstract

Silná konkurence a důsledky ekonomické krize nutí firmy neustále snižovat náklady. Zásoby a skladové hospodářství patří mezi první možnosti jak nalézt potenciální zdroje úspor. Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou skladového hospodářství firmy Spark spol. s.r.o. V rámci práce byly aplikovány metody klasifikace zásob a metody tvorby pojistných hladin zásob. Současná struktura zásob byla posouzena jak z hlediska jejich objemu, tak variability spotřeby. Na základě zjištěných výsledků bylo navrženo také nové uspořádání skladové plochy. Významným faktorem při snižování nákladů je rovněž doprava materiálu a zboží. V rámci práce byli porovnáni a vyhodnoceni tři aktuálně využívaní dopravci. Pro jejich srovnání byly aplikovány matematické metody vícekriteriálního rozhodování. Výsledky provedených analýz a definované závěry je možné použít při tvorbě budoucí obchodní a logistické koncepce firmy.

Strong competition and the consequences of economic crisis are forcing companies to continuously reduce their costs. Inventory and stock control are among the first options where to find the potential sources of savings. This diploma thesis analyzes stock control in Spark spol. s r.o. company. The methods of stock classification and the methods of creation of safety stock level were applied in the work. Current structure of inventories was evaluated both in terms of their volume and their variability of consumption. A new arrangement of the storage areas was suggested on the basis of the findings. The transport of material and goods is another important factor of cost reduction. This thesis compared and evaluated three currently used carriers. Their comparison took advantage of the mathematical methods of multi-criteria decision-making. The result of these analyzes and the conclusions can be used in the creation of future business and logistics strategy of the company.
