Dostupnost ústředních orgánů státní správy

Abstract

This thesis is regarding to availability of public services, respectively particular departments of Czech republic. Main goals of this thesis are based on set factors of informative availability of previously mentioned departments and theirs following verification. Our main goal was to reduce and to highlight informative availability. To achieve our goal we figured following hypothesis:

 Level of informative availability departments of Czech republic is comparable.

Second and third chapter is about theoretical expectations and modernization the department of public services. Including strategic and complex monitoring of quality and complex method of monitoring leadership. Which are models EFQM or CAF and specific methods including like a bench marking and TOPSIS. On basics of our evaluation we found out by using method TOPSIS in conditions of departments of Czech republic that we can confirm our hypothesis only partially. The best evaluation according to method TOPSIS gets the department of justice an heath department ended up the worse.
