Abstract

The work is briefly characterized by means of providing information from the cadastre. Starting with the history to the present. The main part is focused on cadastral law 344/1992Sb about cadastre and change the way the issue of copies of the collection of documents and inventory property to a particular person. The purpose of this amendment is mainly protection of personal data. The next part is based on measurement of time-consuming of activities of new tasks arising from the amendment and evaluation. In conclusion is the proposed solution provide information and to focus on as much privacy while as not to interfere with the public of cadastre.
