The subject of this diploma thesis is to design a new building of the yard with accommodation.
The building is situated in České Budějovice. The three-storey building will be projected in a passive standard. The main function of the building is the backdrop of a water club with refreshments and accommodation. Part of the TZB project is the following: HVAC and heating.
