Abstract
The bachelor thesis describes the emergency public warning and informing system in the scope of Bruntal regional division. Also, the analysis of the system and other means of warning used in Bruntal division as well as abroad is made. Pursuant to the analysis, the proposal of the technical modernization of the emergency public warning and informing system in the scope of Bruntal regional division is accomplished.
