Abstract

The goal of this paper work is to compare the contemporary situation of human resources management focused on problems of motivation. in Toray Textiles Central Europe, s.r.o. In the theoretical part of this I will analyze motivation theories. The key part of this work is the analysis of motivation in the company. The analyses of motivation got ghrouhg the questionnaire research will be the next very important step. The questionnaire research has been analyzed through selected statistical methods – weighted average analysis. The evaluation of the questionnaire research results uncover the critical factors of work motivation area and those will be elaboráte in the projekt part.
